What are your standard check-in/out times?

Check out is 11.00am. Check-in is flexible thanks to our 24-hour open reception but please communicate in advance unusual arrival times.

Can you provide an airport transfer service?

Is breakfast included?

Yes, we offer a fine selection of continental breakfast options and coffee in the room.

Is there a concierge service?

B.Zar Hotel&Co. offer a host of experiences across the city, including guided tours, gastronomy, cocktail classes and much more!

What is your cancellation policy and procedure?

Bookings may be cancelled with a full refund up to 2.00pm 2 days before your expected arrival by simply clicking on the link provided in your booking confirmation.

How big is the Hotel Britannia?

We have 33 rooms in total.

Can you recommend restaurants and bars in the area?

We have several partners nearby including the Monti Rooftop Spritzeria.

Why is Monti so special?

Monti is a Rome city-center neighborhood famous for its vibrant atmosphere, street food, vintage clothing stores and charming cobbled lanes.

Are taxes and fees included in the price I see?

No! The City of Rome requires us to levy Tourist Tax, charged per person per night and payable in cash on arrival.

How much commission do you pay to Online Travel Agents (OTAs)?

OTAs charge accommodations very heavy commissions, but right here you’re on our official website and if you book with us, you’re dealing directly with us.
